OPSC Exam 2024: OPSC ACF and Forest Ranger Exam Schedule Released

OPSC ACF, Forest Ranger Exam Schedule 2024: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced vacancy for the posts of Assistant Forest Conservator and Forest Ranger (Group-B). The application process for this vacancy has been completed and now the examination schedule has also been released by the Commission.

Exam schedule:

The Commission is going to conduct the examination in five regions of the state including Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur from June 25 to July 4, 2024. The written examination for the posts of Assistant Forest Conservator and Forest Rangers will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will run from 9 am to 12 noon. Whereas, the second shift will be organized from 2 pm to 5 pm.

When will the admit card come:

The admit card for this examination will be issued in June. Candidates going to appear for these posts will be able to download their hall tickets from June 19 through the Commission’s official website opsc.gov.in.

Total 176 vacancies

Through this recruitment examination, qualified candidates will be appointed to a total of 176 posts of Forest Ranger and Assistant Forest Conservator. Of these, 45 posts of Assistant Forest Conservator and 131 posts of Forest Ranger are included.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Forest Conservator and Forest Rangers will be based on their performance in various stages. They will be shortlisted on the basis of written examination, physical test and oral examination.
